Job Description

Location - Head Office, with regular store visits

Role Summary:

The Visual Merchandising Executive will be responsible for creating and implementing visually appealing, brand-aligned store displays and layouts across Living Liquidz outlets. The role aims to enhance the customer experience, increase footfall, and drive sales by ensuring that every store reflects the brands premium identity and product story.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, design, and execute window and in-store displays in line with brand guidelines and seasonal campaigns.
  • Ensure uniformity in visual presentation across all stores.
  • Maintain planograms and product placement standards across formats (boutique stores, malls, high-street outlets).
  • Regularly audit stores to ensure visual standards are being met.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to translate promotional campaigns into in-store visual experiences.
  • Create display concepts for product launches, festive seasons, and new store openings.
  • Manage implementation of POP (Point of Purchase) materials and ensure timely rollouts.
  • Collaborate with operations and projects teams for new store setup, layout, lighting, and fixture placement.
  • Liaise with printers, fabricators, and visual vendors for production of visual elements.
  • Stay updated with visual merchandising trends in luxury and lifestyle retail.
  • Train store staff on basic VM standards and display maintenance.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Creative eye for aesthetics, color, and composition.
  • Strong understanding of retail layouts, fixtures, and lighting.
  • Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or CorelDRAW).
  • Excellent coordination, time management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and manage multiple store rollouts.

Educational Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelors degree or diploma in Visual Merchandising, Retail Design, Fine Arts, or Fashion Communication.
    2-6 years of experience in visual merchandising within retail, preferably in lifestyle, liquor, or premium consumer brands.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Consistency of brand presentation across stores.
  • Execution timeliness of VM campaigns.
  • Increase in customer engagement and store sales due to improved visuals.
  • Store audit and compliance scores on VM parameters.
