What You’ll Do

  • Assist in conceptualizing, developing, and executing visual merchandising displays for Neeman’s retail stores and shop-in-shops.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, merchandising, and retail teams for campaign rollouts and product launches.
  • Support in designing visual mock-ups, store layouts, and fixture plans aligned with the Neeman’s brand aesthetic.
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for timely execution of printing, fabrication, and logistics.
  • Conduct regular store visits to audit, document, and maintain visual standards and consistency.
  • Update window displays, digital standees, and communication panels in sync with the marketing calendar.
  • Ensure that all VM executions reflect Neeman’s sustainable, design-driven brand ethos.
  • Participate in offline brand research and fieldwork, gathering inspiration from global trends and competitor analysis.

Must Haves

  • 0–3 years in Visual Merchandising, Retail Design, or Fashion Communication. Fresh graduates with a strong design portfolio are welcome.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Additional Tools: Familiarity with CorelDRAW, Canva, or basic video editing is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of store layouts, fixtures, and visual hierarchy principles.
  • Strong aesthetic sense, eye for detail, and understanding of branding and storytelling through visuals.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and time management skills.
  • Willingness to travel and work extended hours/weekends during campaign rollouts.
  • A proactive, ownership-driven approach and ability to adapt to fast-paced environments.

Preferred:

  • Prior internship or experience in fashion, lifestyle, or footwear retail brands.
  • Understanding of retail space planning and customer flow.
  • Exposure to fabrication and production processes for VM elements.
  • Interest in sustainable materials and eco-friendly design practices.
  • Knowledge of basic photography or visual documentation.
