Visual Merchandiser

You will be responsible for combining customer interaction with creative merchandising as a Visual Merchandiser cum Fashion Consultant. Your role will involve designing and implementing attractive visual displays to enhance the customer experience and drive sales. It will also require you to maintain merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines, conduct market research to stay ahead of trends, and collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and displays for events. Additionally, you will be assigning attributes to products to ensure that e-commerce merchandising meets the desired standards. As a Fashion Consultant, you will greet and assist customers in the office, providing exceptional service and addressing inquiries. Your responsibilities will include coordinating sales activities, following up with clients to ensure satisfaction, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. You will also collaborate with the sales team to track sales targets and report on performance. The qualifications for this role include a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, proven experience in sales coordination or customer service roles, strong visual merchandising skills with a creative eye for design, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite), ability to work independently and as part of a team.
