Job Description

As a Visual Merchandiser, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing store layouts, window displays, and product arrangements to enhance the customer experience and drive sales. Your role will involve developing and executing in-store visual merchandising strategies aligned with brand identity and marketing campaigns. You will design and implement window displays, signage, and product presentations to maximize visual appeal and plan store layouts to optimize traffic flow and highlight key products or promotions. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute in-store visual merchandising strategies aligned with brand identity and marketing campaigns. - Design and implement window displays, signage, and product presentations to maximize visual appeal. - Plan store layouts to optimize traffic flow and highlight key products or promotions. - Collaborate with marketing, retail, and design teams to ensure cohesive brand presentation across all outlets. - Conduct regular store visits to monitor display standards and ensure consistency across locations. - Train and guide store staff on visual merchandising guidelines and seasonal updates. - Analyze sales reports to evaluate the effectiveness of visual setups and recommend improvements. - Manage budgets for props, fixtures, and display materials. - Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new materials or techniques in visual merchandising. Qualifications Required: - Education: Bachelors degree or diploma in Fashion Merchandising, Visual Communication, Retail Management, or a related field. - Experience: 2-5 years of experience in retail visual merchandising, fashion, or lifestyle brands. - Skills required: Strong sense of design, color, and space, excellent communication and coordination skills, proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, SketchUp), creativity, ability to think visually and spatially, strong organizational and project management skills. Additionally, the role requires key competencies such as creativity & innovation, brand aesthetic awareness, attention to detail, time management, team collaboration, and trend forecasting.
