In this role based in Bengaluru, you will be responsible for performing engineering work related to Basic & Detailed engineering of On-Skid & Off-Skid System Components and piping associated with Compressor and Steam turbine packages. Your main tasks will include preparing and releasing contractual & Supplier documents in adherence to MAN Quality standards, ensuring timely delivery within the specified budget. To excel in this position, you must possess essential competencies such as high work efficiency, adherence to the Company Code of Conduct, compliance with all processes and procedures, and awareness of Health & Safety laws and guidelines relevant to your role. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, along with cross-functional coordination, self-organization, and commitment are key attributes required for success in this role. With 12-15 years of experience in the selection and design of System Equipment, both on skid and off skid, you will play a crucial role in turbomachinery skid packaging engineering activities. Additionally, being well-versed in Basic & Detailed engineering and having substantial experience with turbomachinery system components will be essential for meeting clients" requirements efficiently. Desirable skills for this role include the ability to create Plant Layouts, Equipment Rooms, and General Arrangements, as well as a basic understanding of 3D Modelling software like PDMS/E3D. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical/Production or equivalent field is required to qualify for this position.
