We are now looking for a creative and detail-oriented Visual Merchandiser to enhance our in-store product presentation and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

· Plan and implement attractive and practical visual merchandising strategies across all outlets

· Design window displays, in-store displays, mannequins, and seasonal layouts

· Ensure consistent branding, color coordination, signage, and lighting setup

· Work closely with store managers to rearrange merchandise based on sales trends and stock movement

· Use space planning tools or software (if any) to optimize floor layouts

· Monitor the impact of visual merchandising on footfall and sales

· Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards for displays

· Train store staff on visual merchandising principles and display maintenance

· Stay updated on fashion, retail, and VM trends to bring fresh ideas

Required Skills & Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Visual Merchandising, Fashion Design, Interior Design, or related field

· 3–5 years of experience in visual merchandising (Retail apparel or fashion industry preferred)

· Strong creative and aesthetic sense with attention to detail

· Good knowledge of color theory, lighting, styling, and spatial planning

· Basic design software knowledge (e.g., CorelDraw, Photoshop, Sketch Up) is a plus

· Strong communication and teamwork skills

· Ability to work independently and travel between store locations if needed
