Visual Merchandiser

You are looking for a Visual Merchandiser for Women's Ethnic wear for a Retail Brand based in Noida. Your role will involve defining, designing, and implementing a creative visual merchandising strategy. Your key responsibilities will include: - Creating appealing and eye-catching visual displays throughout the store - Producing window displays, signs, interior displays, floor plans, and special promotions displays - Coming up with, revising, and presenting design ideas - Acting in alignment with the organization's culture, products, image, and target market - Monitoring costs and working within budget - Overseeing production and briefing staff on arranging displays - Changing displays to promote new product launches and reflect festive or seasonal themes - Researching lifestyle, demographics, and design trends - Conducting visual merchandising training in retail stores to support current strategies - Global Visual Merchandising - Product Presentation Women's Ethnic wear The salary for this position ranges from 40k to 45k per month.
