Role Overview: You will play a crucial role as a Visual Merchandiser at Kalyan Silks in Thrissur, where you will be responsible for creating and maintaining visually appealing showroom displays that reflect the brand's identity and enhance the overall customer experience. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain tidy, attractive, and brand-consistent showroom displays - Create Visual Merchandising (VM) plans, concepts, and reports - Coordinate branding and display requirements with the marketing team - Offer design suggestions and styling guidance to customers - Develop design concepts for product presentation and oversee their execution - Ensure smooth operations and maintain high-quality standards across all VM activities Qualifications Required: - Minimum one year of experience in visual merchandising, preferably in retail or fashion - Strong sense of design, color coordination, and brand aesthetics - Ability to conceptualize and implement creative display ideas - Good communication and coordination skills - Knowledge of VM tools, fabrics, mannequins, and display techniques is a plus About the Company: Kalyan Silks is a renowned fashion and textile brand in India, known for delivering quality products with a touch of tradition since 1909.
