Job Role: Visual Design Location: Hyderabad Experience:-4-6Years Shift Timings: 8:30PM-5:30Am Job Description: As a Content Development Representative, you will be responsible for developing content for various marketing campaigns and programs, directing the content strategy, and providing communications guidance to senior leadership and program teams. You will play a crucial role in shaping the content landscape and driving impactful messaging. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.- Create visually appealing designs for marketing materials.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content alignment.- Implement feedback from stakeholders to enhance content quality.- Stay updated on industry trends to incorporate innovative design elements.- Assist in developing brand guidelines for consistent visual representation. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Visual Design, Shift C , Adobe Illustrator, Motion Graphics. Good To Have Skills: Experience with Motion Graphics Design.- Strong understanding of design principles and composition.- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and other design software.- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
