Who We’re Looking For:

Visual Designer Intern

You enjoy turning ideas into visuals, understand the basics of good design, and are excited to build real-world design experience across digital platforms.

If you’re passionate about visual storytelling, branding, and meaningful impact in education, this internship is for you.

Experience:

• Preferably 6 months of hands-on experience (internships, freelance work, academic projects, or personal projects)
• A portfolio is mandatory (student work and practice projects are welcome)

Core Skills (Must-Have):

• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator; After Effects / Premiere Pro is a plus)
• Familiarity with Figma or Canva
• Basic understanding of:

Layout and composition

Typography and color theory

Visual hierarchy and branding

• Presentations and simple marketing visuals
• Basic illustration, sketching, or vector design skills
• Interest in motion design, short videos, or animations (Reels, Ads, intros)
• Attention to detail and willingness to iterate based on feedback
• Ability to meet deadlines and work collaboratively

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Basic exposure to motion graphics or video editing
• Familiarity with EdTech, e-learning, or youth-focused content
• Awareness of design trends in digital and social media
• Basic understanding of accessibility and inclusive design (optional)

What You’ll Do

• Support the creation of course visuals, illustrations, and infographics
• Help maintain brand consistency across platforms
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and UI/UX teams
• Experiment with motion graphics and modern visual formats
• Translate ideas and briefs into clean, engaging visuals
• Learn best practices in design systems and visual storytelling
