Visual Designer Intern

We’re growing, and we need a visual designer to join us.

We’re Operose, and we’re here to end corporate travel chaos. We’re looking for a sharp, creative Visual Designer Intern to join us on-site in Sector 63, NOIDA.

This is a 3-month paid internship where you’ll be doing real work that impacts our brand.

If you nail it, this converts into a full-time position.

What you’ll actually do:

-You’ll be the person making our brand look good. That means creating graphics for our social media and marketing campaigns.

-You’ll get your hands dirty with print materials. Think brochures and flyers.

-You’ll design UI/UX prototypes for our website and app.

-We want your ideas. You’ll be in our brainstorming sessions, not on the sidelines.

-You’ll be the guardian of our brand, making sure everything we put out is consistent.

Who we think you are:

-A recent graduate with a portfolio that shows you get it.

-You know your way around Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite.

-You obsess over the small details—typography, aesthetics, the whole deal.

-You’re good at moving fast without breaking things.

-Bonus points if you can do motion graphics or video editing.
