About Us: KUPAR Design Studio is a tech-driven creative partner delivering high-impact visual systems and A+ content for global D2C brands. We merge design, automation, and business context to build elevated product experiences across e-commerce and digital surfaces. Role Overview: This is a graduation project/internship opportunity for driven visual designers who are hungry to execute real-world design at scale. You’ll work on cross-category, live client projects, supporting structured visual deliverables while experimenting with modern workflows. Key Responsibilities Design e-commerce visuals, including A+ modules, catalogs, banners, and product presentations Develop layouts aligned with brand tone and platform guidelines Execute moodshots, mockups, and asset variations as needed Collaborate closely with founders to deliver task-based output Work with speed and ownership; iterate rapidly on feedback Use AI workflows wherever relevant to accelerate execution Must-Have Skills Photoshop & Canva (core) Illustrator & Figma (working familiarity) Basic knowledge of AI tools Strong layout + composition sense Visual consistency; typography + colour fluency Ability to design for both brand expression & commercial outcomes What We Expect Ownership mindset Rapid iteration with constructive feedback loops Ability to manage deliverables independently Professional communication and deadline discipline Commitment & Perks 6-day workweek Remote + flexible hours Task-based workflows High-velocity exposure to industry giants via live projects Creative freedom + openness to new tools and workflows We provide the required application access PPO opportunity for high performers Application Requirements Portfolio PDF (max 10 MB) Resume Short note about availability/onboarding timeline
