Visual Designer

Understanding of finance and the stock market would be a plus!

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute innovative design concepts for social media posts, digital ads, and other marketing materials
• Translate complex ideas and data into visually appealing and user-friendly designs
• Maintain a consistent brand identity across all design projects
• Collaborate with the content and marketing team to ensure all designs align with the company’s branding guidelines and overall marketing strategy
• Continuously evolve and refine the company’s visual identity to keep it fresh and relevant
• Apply design thinking principles to solve complex problems and create user-centered designs for product features and static assets for video & motion films
• Utilize advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and After Effects to create high-quality designs
• Stay updated with the latest design trends and technologies and AI driven tools
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including content, marketing and product to ensure cohesive and effective design solutions
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Graphic design, or a related field
• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a visual design role, preferably within the fintech industry
• Proven track record of creating successful social media campaigns and digital ads

Skills

• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in social media design, branding, and digital ads.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and AI tools
• Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout
• Strong conceptual and creative thinking skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
