Visual Content Creator (Graphic Designer + Video Editor)

Location: Chennai / Remote

About Pixelado

Pixelado is a creative and performance-driven marketing agency building brands through strategy, content, and digital growth. We are looking for a Visual Content Creator who can design compelling visuals and edit engaging videos for social media, campaigns, and ads.

Role Overview

The Visual Content Creator will be responsible for creating high-quality static designs and short-form videos that align with brand goals, social media trends, and performance marketing requirements. This is a hybrid role suited for someone who enjoys working across design and video in a fast-paced agency environment.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design

● Design creatives for:

○ Social media posts (static & carousel)

○ Ad creatives ○ Posters, flyers, banners

○ Brand collaterals

● Maintain brand consistency across all designs

● Adapt designs to platform-specific dimensions

● Work closely with content and strategy teams

Video Editing

● Edit videos for:

○ Instagram Reels, Shorts

○ Ad creatives

○ Campaign & brand videos

● Add subtitles, transitions, effects, music, and basic motion graphics

● Optimize videos for different platforms and algorithms

● Follow trending formats and visual styles

Collaboration & Execution

● Understand creative briefs and deliver within timelines

● Implement feedback and revisions efficiently

● Manage multiple client requirements simultaneously

● Coordinate with social media managers and shoot teams

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

● 1–4 years experience in design and/or video editing

● Strong skills in Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator and Adobe Premiere Pro

● Good visual sense, typography, and composition

● Understanding of social media formats and trends 

Good to Have

● Basic knowledge of After Effects

● Canva experience or similar

● Experience with ad creatives

● Color grading basics

● Motion text & reel transitions

● Quality of creatives and videos

● Engagement performance

● Turnaround time

● Brand consistency

● Feedback from clients & internal teams
