Company Description Mankar Enterprises is a high-growth, specialized digital performance marketing agency based in Mumbai, laser-focused on delivering qualified leads and measurable ROI for the city’s top real estate developers and brokers. Role Description We need an efficient and creative Visual Content Creator to join us. This role is focused on high-performance visual assets across all formats: you will shoot professional photo and video content at local client sites and then quickly edit these raw materials into compelling video advertisements for platforms like Instagram and Facebook. Crucially, you will also be responsible for designing high-impact static creatives, flyers, and digital posters for client campaigns and for the company's social media brand (YouTube, Instagram). We need someone highly skilled in both on-site production and fast-paced editing/design who can turn creative ideas into measurable results. Qualifications Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of verifiable professional experience in content creation, video editing, and graphic design, ideally within a marketing or service-based environment. Portfolio: A strong, mandatory digital portfolio showcasing high-quality examples of both final video advertisements/reels and static marketing designs/posters . Technical Proficiency (Editing/Design): High proficiency in industry-standard software for post-production, including at least one major video editor (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve ) and graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator or high-level Canva usage ). Soft Skills: Proven ability to work independently, manage timelines efficiently, and translate marketing performance data (CPL, CTR) into creative iteration and solutions.
