Studio403 is looking for a visual thinker who lives and breathes design. Someone who can elevate our visual language, strengthen our content game, and contribute creatively across projects. If you’re passionate about creating compelling visuals, crafting engaging content, shooting and executing ideas, and working in a fast-paced creative environment, we want to meet you.

Responsibilities

- Develop strong visual concepts for brands and campaigns

- Design high-quality graphics, creatives, and visual assets for digital platforms

- Work closely with the content team to bring ideas to life

- Manage shoots (photo/video)

- Edit videos and create visually compelling reels/stories

- Collaborate with team members to maintain consistent brand aesthetics

- Bring fresh, proactive ideas for improving overall content output

- Ensure timely delivery and maintain accountability for assigned tasks

Required Skills

- Strong understanding of visual language and design principles

- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro

- Knowledge of After Effects is an added advantage

- Prior hands-on experience in content creation (shooting + execution)

- Ability to think creatively and outside the box

- Strong communication and collaboration skills

Requirements

- 1–2 years of professional design/content experience

- Own laptop preferred

- Proactive, accountable, and idea-driven

- Ability to adapt to a hybrid work setup

- Passion for creative storytelling and visual communication
