Vish Gyana - Quality Assurance Engineer - Automation Testing

Job Title :

• Collaborate with the QA and Frontend teams to design, implement, and maintain automated test cases.
• Strengthen and optimize existing Cypress-based test automation frameworks.
• (Optional but valuable) Contribute to test cases involving Capybara where required.
• Maintain and improve test coverage in CI/CD pipelines.
• Ensure the reliability, performance, and usability of our web and mobile applications.
• Track and manage test cases and execution using TestRail or similar tools.
• Identify, log, and track bugs to resolution through Jira or similar platforms.
• Provide detailed documentation for test plans, test cases, and QA Skills and Experience :
• 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in software testing, with a strong focus on automation.
• Proven expertise in Cypress for end-to-end testing.
• Familiarity or experience with Capybara is a strong plus.
• Good understanding of modern JavaScript-based frameworks.
• Experience working in CI/CD environments (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, etc.).
• Ability to collaborate across product, design, and engineering teams in agile environments.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and communication :
• Experience testing applications built with React, particularly Next.js or Expo.
• Exposure to TestRail for test case management.
