Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Visa Specialist located in Gurugram. The Visa Specialist will be responsible for managing visa applications and processes, coordinating with clients and visa authorities, ensuring timely submission of documents, and staying updated with visa policies and regulations. The specialist will also assist clients with inquiries and provide guidance on visa requirements and application procedures.

Qualifications

• 5 + years of Experience in managing visa applications and processes
• Knowledge of visa policies and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Proficiency in using relevant computer software and tools
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
• Previous experience in the event management industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
