Visa Specialist

Role Overview: You will be responsible for providing Visa services to Genpact employees at the Gurgaon and Noida offices. Your role will involve having a good understanding of various visa categories, such as business and work visas. Strong communication skills are essential as you will be the go-to person for accurate visa information for the clients. Additionally, you will be involved in creating Visa PNR, checking invoices, maintaining relationships with vendors and branches, handling visa queries for VIP travelers, and working on both routine and non-routine assignments. Key Responsibilities: - Provide Visa services to Genpact employees in Gurgaon and Noida. - Demonstrate good knowledge of all visa categories, including business and work visas. - Act as a trusted Visa resource by offering complete and accurate visa information. - Create Visa PNR and verify invoices. - Build and maintain good relationships with vendors and branches. - Address visa queries from VIP travelers. - Work under moderate supervision, escalating complex problems to experienced staff. - Handle both routine and non-routine assignments. Qualification Required: - 5+ years of experience in a visa service environment. - Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication skills. - Good visa knowledge across categories such as business, work, and tourist. - Proficient in GDS and other booking tools used by CWT. - Graduate degree.,
