Visa Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in preparing and submitting visa applications for various countries.
• Guide applicants about required documentation, timelines, and interview processes.
• Verify and review all application forms and documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain updated knowledge of visa rules, embassy procedures, and immigration laws.
• Coordinate with embassies, consulates, and other authorities regarding visa status.
• Handle client queries through calls, emails, and in-person meetings professionally.
• Maintain client records and follow up on pending applications.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through timely and clear communication.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously.
• Experience in visa consulting, travel agency, or immigration firm preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office and online visa portals.
