Visa Specialist

As a Visa Specialist at Genpact in the Gurgaon and Noida offices, your primary responsibility will be to provide Visa services to the organization. You should possess a good understanding of various visa categories, including business and work visas. Your role will require strong communication skills to effectively serve as a trusted Visa resource for clients, offering accurate and complete visa information. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating Visa PNR, checking invoices, maintaining relationships with vendors and branches, and handling visa queries from VIP travelers. In this role, you will work under moderate supervision, handling both routine and non-routine assignments. Should you encounter more complex issues, you will escalate them to more experienced staff members. To excel in this position, you should have at least 5 years of experience in a visa service environment. Fluency in English and strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of visa categories such as business, work, and tourist visas. Proficiency in GDS and other booking tools utilized by CWT will be advantageous. A graduate-level education is required to be considered for this role.,
