Job Description

Visa Processing Manager

Roles & Responsibilities

Assist in filing visa applications and coordinating document submissions.
Communicate with clients to address queries and provide timely application updates.
Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate and timely documentation.
Use government portals for visa processing for the US, Australia, Hong Kong, UK, Canada, New Zealand, and Europe.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, case progress, and submissions.
Support clients in completing required immigration forms and paperwork.
Handle client inquiries via phone, meetings, and emails.
Manage case filing, follow up on pending documents, and resolve client queries.
Guide individuals relocating internationally with documentation requirements.
Maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication.
Conduct daily follow-ups and ensure timely submissions.
Handle complete immigration filings with accuracy and compliance.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Bachelors degree in any field.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Prior knowledge or experience in the immigration/visa processing domain preferred.
Detail-oriented, organized, and client-focused.
