Visa Processing Manager

Role: VISA Processing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the complete student file processing lifecycle for study abroad programs
• Coordinate with international universities, embassies, and internal teams for timely submission and follow-ups
• Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to timelines and compliance
• Lead a team of processing executives and provide guidance and quality checks
• Handle escalations and ensure client satisfaction through transparent communication

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in study abroad or overseas education processing
• Strong knowledge of visa processes (especially Germany, Austria, UK, etc.) is an advantage

• Should have knowledge in completing applications to Public Universities

• Excellent communication, time management, and team leadership skills
• An enthusiast in exploring new learnings and taking initiative
