We are interested in hiring a dedicated and hardworking individual as a Visa Filing Executive to join our filing Department.

Just and True Immigration Law & Services is seeking a meticulous and well-organized Visa Filing Executive to join our team of immigration lawyers and legal professionals. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing end-to-end documentation and application processes for Study Visas, Skilled Visas, and Permanent Residency (PR). This position demands a high level of accuracy, confidentiality, and collaboration, as it involves direct coordination with clients and legal advisors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, review, and submit complete and compliant documentation for Study Visa, Skilled Worker Visa, and PR applications.
• Accurately fill out visa application forms in accordance with the latest immigration laws and regulatory requirements.
• Work in close coordination with legal team members to draft and finalize Statements of Purpose (SOPs).
• Liaise with clients to collect and verify detailed personal, academic, and professional information.
• Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date client records, ensuring all documents are properly filed and accessible.
• Ensure timely communication with clients regarding documentation status, next steps, and follow-up requirements.
• Collaborate with the documentation and legal teams to resolve any discrepancies or additional requirements in a proactive manner.
• Stay informed on changes in immigration policies, filing procedures, and country-specific regulations.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; background in law, immigration, or related field is preferred.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in visa filing or immigration consultancy, especially with study, skilled, and PR visas.
• Strong understanding of visa documentation requirements and filing procedures.
• Excellent writing and comprehension skills, particularly in preparing SOPs and formal documents.
• High attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and discretion.
• Proficient in MS Office and digital file management systems.
