Visa filling executive

As a Visa Filing Executive at Just and True Immigration Law & Services, you will be an integral part of our dynamic and reputable immigration consulting firm. Your primary responsibility will involve managing end-to-end documentation and application processes for Study Visas, Skilled Visas, and Permanent Residency (PR) with a high level of accuracy, confidentiality, and collaboration. You will work closely with clients and legal advisors to ensure all visa applications are prepared, reviewed, and submitted in compliance with the latest immigration laws and regulatory requirements. Your key responsibilities will include preparing, reviewing, and submitting complete and compliant documentation, accurately filling out visa application forms, drafting Statements of Purpose (SOPs) in collaboration with the legal team, collecting and verifying detailed client information, and maintaining up-to-date client records. Additionally, you will be responsible for timely communication with clients, resolving discrepancies, staying informed on immigration policies, filing procedures, and country-specific regulations. To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with a background in law, immigration, or a related field preferred. A minimum of 2 years of experience in visa filing or immigration consultancy, particularly with study, skilled, and PR visas, is required. Strong understanding of visa documentation requirements, excellent writing and comprehension skills, attention to detail, organizational skills, and proficiency in MS Office and digital file management systems are essential.
