Visa Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end

  visa application process

  for multiple destinations including

  USA, Canada, UK, Schengen, Australia, Japan, and New Zealand

  .
• Assist clients with accurate guidance on visa requirements, supporting documents, and timelines.
  
• Prepare, verify, and process visa documentation, ensuring compliance with embassy/consulate guidelines.
  
• Handle

  special case applications

  (complex documentation, rejections, appeals, etc.) with professionalism.
• Submit visa applications at

  VFS centers

  and coordinate with embassies/consulates as required.
• File

  eVisa applications

  for destinations such as

  Indonesia, Vietnam, Azerbaijan, Malaysia, Sri Lanka, UAE, Singapore, Hong Kong, India, Korea, South Africa, Kenya, Russia, and others

  .
• Maintain updated knowledge of visa regulations, immigration policies, and travel advisories for different countries.
  
• Provide clients with excellent customer service, addressing queries and ensuring transparency throughout the process.
  
• Work closely with the travel and ticketing team to provide end-to-end solutions for corporate and individual clients.
  

Candidate Profile

Qualifications

• Any

  Graduate/Post Graduate

  .
• A degree/diploma in

  Travel & Tourism

  will be preferred.

Experience

• Minimum

  4 years of proven experience

  as a Visa Consultant/Officer in a travel agency or consultancy.
• Hands-on experience with

  VFS application submissions

  and embassy coordination.
• Strong background in filing

  eVisa applications

  for multiple countries.

Skills & Competencies

• Excellent knowledge of

  visa documentation processes

  and embassy/VFS requirements.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  
• Ability to handle

  complex and special cases

  with confidence.
• Good communication skills (written & verbal) in

  English

  ; knowledge of other languages will be an advantage.
• Customer-centric approach with a professional and polite demeanor.
  
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  
• Proficiency in

  MS Office, online visa portals, and eVisa application systems
