Social Media Manager

Role & responsibilities

  • Manage and grow

    Meta (Facebook & Instagram)

    accounts for multiple clients.
  • Plan, execute, and monitor

    sponsored ad campaigns

    with focus on lead generation and ROI.
  • Apply best practices and Meta algorithms to ensure maximum visibility, engagement, and conversions.
  • Create, manage, and promote sales funnels

    across various platforms to drive

    high-quality leads

    .
  • Continuously analyze funnel and campaign performance, and tweak parameters (audience targeting, placements, budget, etc.) to maximize output.
  • Design and execute

    marketing emailers and newsletters

    to engage audiences and nurture leads.
  • Work on

    lead quality enhancement

    by applying advanced targeting strategies, retargeting, and segmentation.
  • Create and design

    social media creatives, brochures, and promotional content

    aligned with brand identity.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to develop engaging posts, landing pages, emailers, and ad creatives.
  • Conduct regular reporting on campaign, funnel, and email marketing performance with actionable insights.
  • Stay updated with the latest

    Meta algorithm changes, funnel marketing tools, and email marketing trends

    .
  • Ensure high-quality content delivery with strong command of the

    English language

    (written & verbal).

Preferred candidate profile

  • Minimum

    4 years of proven experience

    in

    digital marketing, Meta ad management, sales funnel marketing, and email campaigns

    .
  • Strong expertise in

    Facebook Ads Manager

    and funnel-building tools (ClickFunnels, Leadpages, HubSpot, or similar).
  • Hands-on experience with

    email marketing tools

    (Mailchimp, HubSpot, SendinBlue, etc.).
  • Proven track record of driving

    quality leads and measurable ROI

    through both funnels and emailers.
  • Proficiency in creating

    social media posts, brochures, emailers, and ad creatives

    .
  • Excellent

    analytical skills

    with ability to optimize campaigns and funnels in real time.
  • Creative mindset with knowledge of

    design tools (Canva/Photoshop preferred)

    .
  • Strong

    English communication skills

    (both written & verbal).
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
