Role Overview:

As a Visa Consultant - Sales, you will be responsible for assisting clients with immigration services, processing visa applications, and offering expert consultation on travel-related matters. Your attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously will be key to your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide consultation and complete visa application services to clients
  • Handle immigration-related inquiries professionally and accurately
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of immigration policies, procedures, and documentation
  • Build rapport with clients and offer tailor-made travel and visa solutions
  • Maintain records and ensure accuracy of client documents and information
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and enhance service quality

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant certification in Travel & Tourism or related field
  • Freshers or candidates with a 

    minimum 1 year of experience

     in International Visa.
  • Strong knowledge of visa application processes and immigration regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering top-tier service
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in using relevant software tools for documentation and communication
