• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with using AI tools (such as ChatGPT, CRM automation, or document generation) to enhance productivity, research, and customer engagement.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Tech-savvy, adaptable, and motivated to meet targets while maintaining client satisfaction.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification; certifications in counselling, sales, or immigration services are a plus.
