• 1–3 years of experience in visa consulting, immigration services, or overseas education counselling. • Strong understanding of visa procedures for major destinations (Canada, UK, USA, Australia, Schengen countries, etc.). • Proven experience in sales or client counselling, with the ability to convert leads into successful clients. • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. • Familiarity with using AI tools (such as ChatGPT, CRM automation, or document generation) to enhance productivity, research, and customer engagement. • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills. • Tech-savvy, adaptable, and motivated to meet targets while maintaining client satisfaction. • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification; certifications in counselling, sales, or immigration services are a plus.
