Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Identify and onboard prospective POSPs (Partners) in the designated region across India.
  • Act as the single point of contact for customers, addressing product queries, grievances, and service requirements, while ensuring topline growth.
  • Acquire new corporate clients and manage existing accounts by providing customized insurance solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with partners to ensure smooth business operations.
  • Drive cross-selling and upselling opportunities within corporate accounts.

Maintain accurate records of call reports and MIS for review and reporting purposes.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Strong understanding of Health Insurance products, policies, and claim processes.
  • Familiarity with major insurers, TPA coordination, and wellness products.
  • Candidates from insurance aggregators, brokers, or agency background.
  • Experience in B2B or direct channel sales preferred.
