Roles & Responsibilities: Identify and onboard prospective POSPs (Partners) in the designated region across India. Act as the single point of contact for customers, addressing product queries, grievances, and service requirements, while ensuring topline growth. Acquire new corporate clients and manage existing accounts by providing customized insurance solutions. Build and maintain strong professional relationships with partners to ensure smooth business operations. Drive cross-selling and upselling opportunities within corporate accounts. Maintain accurate records of call reports and MIS for review and reporting purposes. Preferred candidate profile Strong understanding of Health Insurance products, policies, and claim processes. Familiarity with major insurers, TPA coordination, and wellness products. Candidates from insurance aggregators, brokers, or agency background. Experience in B2B or direct channel sales preferred.
