Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Virtual Relationship Manager to join our team in Mumbai, Lower Parel, and JM. The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of experience in mutual fund sales.
Roles and Responsibility

Establish relationships with registered users and provide personalized investment solutions.

Recommend mutual funds based on clients'' requirements and achieve sales targets for mutual fund sales, SIP, and lump sum investments.

Resolve client queries and assist investors with mutual fund portfolio reviews.

Stay connected with clients to provide regular portfolio and market updates.

Pitch new products such as NFOs and other financial instruments.

Encourage referrals from existing users to onboard new investors on the platform.

Job

Good communication skills and experience in mutual fund or insurance sales.

Understanding of mutual fund investments and products, along with a target-oriented mindset.

NISM mutual fund distribution certification is preferred.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.

Strong knowledge of financial markets and products, including mutual funds, SIPs, and NFOs.

Experience in providing excellent customer service and building strong client relationships.
