Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional with 6 to 8 years of experience to join our team as a Sr. Relationship Manager - Wealth in Pune, Baner, and MM.
Roles and Responsibility

Address HNI clients'' investment requirements through exclusive product offerings and superior service delivery.

Assist in developing and implementing marketing plans to acquire new corporate customers.

Manage a group of HNI clients, providing financial products to meet their needs.

Cross-sell to mapped broking clients and services according to customer needs.

Enhance and retain customer profitability by capturing a larger share of the wallet.

Ensure portfolio profitability by generating high income per customer.

Job

MBA/PGDBA/PGPM or equivalent degree; AMFI / NISM certification is preferred.

Proven experience in business development, portfolio performance analysis, and wealth management.

Strong understanding of financial products, including debt, structures, equities, MFs, and fund-based real estate.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with HNI clients.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to provide tailored solutions to clients.
