Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team in Gurgaon, Sector 14. The ideal candidate will have between 2 to 7 years of experience in sales and relationship management.
Roles and Responsibility

Focus on portfolio growth by cross-selling financial products and services.

Achieve budgetary targets for Net Interest Income (NII) and fee income.

Analyze financial statements, credit reports, and market trends to assess client performance and risks.

Develop insights to enhance client portfolios.

Ensure strict compliance with all audit, regulatory, and company regulations, processes, and policies.

Strong knowledge of financial analysis and portfolio management.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Experience in the banking or financial services industry is preferred.
