Virtual Assistant (B2B Outreach)

We’re looking for someone who can start immediately

Prospect Research

• Identify potential marketing agencies that align with our services and target market.
• Build outreach lists using online research, LinkedIn, directories, or agency listings.

Outreach & Communication

• Send outreach emails/messages using ready templates.
• Personalize basic details such as agency name, service relevance, or location.

Follow-Ups

• Track outreach and send timely follow-ups.
• Notify the internal team of responses, leads, and interest.

Documentation & Tracking

• Maintain a simple outreach tracker documenting agencies contacted, outreach status, follow-up activity, and responses.

Collaboration

• Coordinate with the Small Biz Marketing team to refine messaging and targeting.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B outreach, lead generation, or virtual assistance.
• Familiarity with marketing or agency environments is a plus.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Comfortable using email and LinkedIn for outreach.
• Basic proficiency with tracking tools (Google Sheets preferred).
• Able to work independently and meet small monthly targets.

Compensation Structure

• $30 - $50 per month
