Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Calls: Reach out to existing customers to offer paid membership options.
Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets.
Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.
Customer Experience: Deliver exceptional service by addressing customer needs and providing consultative sales pitches.
Sales Process Adherence: Follow the sales script and ensure high conversion rates through effective communication and negotiation.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in the system.

What You Should Have:

Relevant Experience: 2 years of experience in Sales or Telesales, preferably in a customer-facing role.
Consultative Selling: Strong skills in negotiation and consultative selling, with the ability to recommend products based on customer needs.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with clarity in speech and a persuasive tone.
Relationship Management: Ability to establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business.
Target-Oriented: Results-driven with a focus on achieving daily and monthly targets.
Qualification: Minimum HSC (Higher Secondary Certificate).
