Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Calls: Reach out to existing customers to offer paid membership options.
  • Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.
  • Customer Experience: Deliver exceptional service by addressing customer needs and providing consultative sales pitches.
  • Sales Process Adherence: Follow the sales script and ensure high conversion rates through effective communication and negotiation.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in the system.

What You Should Have:

  • Relevant Experience: 2 years of experience in Sales or Telesales, preferably in a customer-facing role.
  • Consultative Selling: Strong skills in negotiation and consultative selling, with the ability to recommend products based on customer needs.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with clarity in speech and a persuasive tone.
  • Relationship Management: Ability to establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business.
  • Target-Oriented: Results-driven with a focus on achieving daily and monthly targets.
  • Qualification: Minimum HSC (Higher Secondary Certificate).
