Videographer

About the Role

We’re looking for a dynamic Videographer/Photographer

You’ll be responsible for shooting, editing, and producing content that helps our brands stand out on Instagram, YT, LinkedIn, and other platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, and edit

  high-quality short-form videos and photos

  optimized for Instagram Reels, YT, and other social platforms.
• Conceptualize and execute content ideas aligned with brand campaigns.
• Stay on top of

  trending formats, transitions, and hooks

  to create scroll-stopping content.
• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to deliver content calendars.
• Manage end-to-end production: lighting, sound, framing, editing, color correction, and motion graphics when needed.
• Capture

  behind-the-scenes (BTS)

  and UGC-style footage to drive authenticity.
• Organize and maintain media assets for easy repurposing across platforms.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a

  videographer/photographer

  , preferably in social media content creation.
• Strong portfolio of Instagram Reels or similar short-form video work.
• Excellent command of cameras, lighting setups, editing
• Deep understanding of

  social media algorithms, hooks, and retention strategies.

• Creative mindset with ability to translate briefs into engaging visual stories.

• Strong knowledge of framing, composition, and storytelling through visuals.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects on tight deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Motion graphics/animation skills a plus.
• Experience with lifestyle, wellness, or brand-driven shoots.
• Knowledge of influencer-style shooting and UGC production.
• Familiarity with optimizing content for

  different platforms’ specs (9:16, 1:1, 16:9).
