Key Responsibilities

1. Shoot world-class visuals

   using iPhone or camera excellent framing, lighting, and steady movement are essential.

2. Edit high-quality Reels and videos

   with smooth pacing, clean transitions, and strong emotion.

3. Research global content trends

   and translate them into relatable ideas for Essenzaa’s target audience.

4. Develop monthly content calendars

   and plan weekly shoots based on themes.

5. Design growth strategies

   for Instagram (Stories, Lives, Channels, Highlights).

6. Create carousels, static posts, and stories

   that match Essenzaa’s premium identity.

7. Track engagement data

   and refine strategies based on what performs best.
8. Maintain

   consistent storytelling tone

   — calm, premium, empowering.

We’re Looking For Someone Who

1. Has

   excellent video shooting skills using iPhone

   understands light, focus, framing, and camera angles.
2. Knows how to create cinematic visuals even in small spaces.
3. Has

   strong editing expertise

   (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar).
4. Understands content strategy what to post, why it matters, and how it converts.
5. Is passionate about creativity, wellness, and brand storytelling.
6. Is proactive, reliable, and has a “done well or not at all” attitude.
