Pilates Training & Mentorship Learn and deliver Pilates sessions on Reformer, Chair, and other apparatus Gain in-depth knowledge of the STOTT Pilates® methodology under Sneha’s guidance Assist in new client onboarding, posture assessments, and personalized program planning Support clients through rehab-focused exercises and science-backed training B. Client Experience & Enquiries Handle client enquiries -calls, WhatsApp messages, and walk-ins Manage consultations , explain packages, and guide prospective clients Ensure a smooth onboarding journey for all new clients C. Studio Management & Brand Experience Maintain the studio’s hygiene, aesthetics, and premium ambiance Ensure equipment is clean, organized, and ready for sessions Represent Essenzaa Pilates’ luxury positioning by delivering a flawless studio experience D.
