Role Overview

We’re inviting passionate graduates from Physiotherapy, Yoga or Fitness backgrounds to join us as Pilates Instructor Trainees. This is a rare chance to build a professional career under international mentorship, gain hands-on studio experience and transition into a globally recognized Pilates educator.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior instructors during client sessions

• Learn Matwork and Reformer-based Pilates under Merrithew® principles

• Support daily studio management, hygiene and client experience

• Engage with clients, handle follow-ups and participate in sales discussions

• Develop coaching, communication and leadership skills

Ideal Candidate

• Fresh Physiotherapy graduate, Yoga Teacher or Fitness Enthusiast

• Strong interest in human anatomy and movement science

• Willing to unlearn and relearn modern training methodologies

• Positive mindset, team player and good communicator

• Open to relocate to Indore for career growth
