Key Responsibilities (KRA):

• Video Production & Editing:

   End-to-end video creation from concept to delivery including filming, editing, and post-production.

• Animation & Motion Graphics:

   Create animated videos, explainer videos, GIFs, and motion design elements to enhance storytelling.

• Content Creation for Social:

   Develop social-first video content (Reels, Gifs, YouTube Shorts, etc.) aligned with beauty trends and digital best practices.

• Trend Research & Ideation:

   Stay ahead of digital trends, platform updates, and content formats to propose innovative video concepts.

• Brand Alignment:

   Ensure all video and animation content aligns with brand tone, visual language, and campaign goals.

• Collaboration:

   Work closely with brand, marketing, and product teams to interpret briefs and deliver on business objectives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in film, Animation, Design, Communication, or a related field.
• 3-4  years of proven experience in videography, editing, and animation. Preferably in beauty, lifestyle, or fashion sectors.
• Expertise in video editing tools: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, etc.
• Proficiency in motion graphics, 2D/3D animation, and GIF creation.
• Strong understanding of social media content formats, algorithms, and trends.
• Exceptional eye for design, composition, storytelling, and pacing.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and project management skills.
