Videographer / Animator

As a Videographer / Animator at our upcoming beauty brand based in Mumbai, you will play a vital role in creating visually engaging content for our digital platforms. Your responsibilities will include producing and editing high-quality videos, animations, motion graphics, and GIFs tailored for social media and campaign launches. Here's what you will be expected to do: - Video Production & Editing: You will be in charge of the end-to-end video creation process, from conceptualization to delivery, including filming, editing, and post-production. - Animation & Motion Graphics: Utilize your skills to create animated videos, explainer videos, GIFs, and motion design elements that enhance storytelling. - Content Creation for Social: Develop social-first video content such as Reels, Gifs, and YouTube Shorts aligned with beauty trends and digital best practices. - Trend Research & Ideation: Stay updated on digital trends, platform updates, and content formats to propose innovative video concepts. - Brand Alignment: Ensure that all video and animation content aligns with the brand's tone, visual language, and campaign goals. - Collaboration: Work closely with brand, marketing, and product teams to interpret briefs and deliver on business objectives. Qualifications required for this role: - Bachelor's degree in film, Animation, Design, Communication, or a related field. - 3-4 years of proven experience in videography, editing, and animation, preferably in beauty, lifestyle, or fashion sectors. - Expertise in video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, etc. - Proficiency in motion graphics, 2D/3D animation, and GIF creation. - Strong understanding of social media content formats, algorithms, and trends. - Exceptional eye for design, composition, storytelling, and pacing. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines. - Strong communication and project management skills.
