Position Overview:

Video Production Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Project & Client Coordination:

• Collaborate closely with clients to understand project requirements, mood boards (schmoods), and creative direction.
• Work with upper management and executives to align production objectives with business goals.
• Act as a communication bridge between clients, creative teams, and technical staff.

• Production Planning & Scheduling:

• Develop detailed

  production schedules, charts, and timelines

  to ensure smooth workflow.
• Anticipate project requirements and prepare contingency plans.
• Coordinate daily activities on set, ensuring alignment with approved schmoods and shoot plans.

• Budgeting & Resource Management:

• Prepare and manage production budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost efficiency.
• Allocate resources (equipment, crew, studios, etc.) based on project demands.

• Talent & Model Coordination:

• Identify, negotiate, and manage models/actors required for video productions.
• Ensure casting aligns with the creative schmood and client requirements.

• Creative & Technical Oversight:

• Collaborate with directors, cinematographers, and editors to ensure execution matches the planned style and schmood.
• Review footage, monitor quality, and guide post-production activities.

• Team Management:

• Lead and motivate the production crew to achieve deadlines and creative goals.
• Coordinate with the production team to resolve on-set challenges effectively.
