Video Production Manager

Job Summary:

The Video Production Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire video production process, from conceptualization to final delivery. This role ensures high-quality video content, manages production teams, coordinates with stakeholders, and aligns all video projects with the company’s branding and communication strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Plan, strategize, and oversee all video production projects, ensuring they meet creative vision, deadlines, and budget.

2. Lead and manage a team of videographers, editors, and production staff, assigning tasks and monitoring performance.

3. Collaborate with marketing, creative, and design teams to conceptualize video content for campaigns, social media, websites, and presentations.

4. Review scripts, storyboards, and production plans to ensure content quality and brand consistency.

5. Manage production schedules, resources, and equipment to optimize efficiency.

6. Oversee video editing, post-production, graphics, and motion design to ensure high-quality output.

7. Maintain vendor relationships for outsourced production services and negotiate contracts.

8. Implement best practices in video production, editing, and workflow management.

9. Monitor industry trends and recommend new techniques, technologies, and tools to enhance production quality.

10. Ensure all video content complies with copyright, licensing, and company policies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹51,000.00 per month
