Video Production Manager

As a Video Production Manager, your role will involve providing creative direction for video projects to ensure that the content is engaging, informative, and visually appealing. You will collaborate with art and creative teams to select audio, video, colors, and animation elements, edit video footage, add effects, and enhance motion graphics. It will be your responsibility to review final video edits to ensure they are visually appealing, on-brand, error-free, and comply with user specifications. Additionally, you will be developing and managing budgets for video projects to ensure cost-effective production. Key Responsibilities: - Provide creative direction for video projects - Collaborate with art and creative teams to select audio, video, colors, and animation elements - Edit video footage, add effects, and enhance motion graphics - Review final video edits for visual appeal, brand alignment, and accuracy - Develop and manage budgets for video projects - Collaborate with instructional designers, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to understand project requirements - Lead and manage a team of video editors, illustrators, and production personnel - Stay updated with the latest graphic design techniques Qualifications Required: - Minimum 5 years of experience as a Video Production Manager - Technical skills in Adobe After Effects, Adobe Animate, Toon Boom Harmony, Vyond, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro, Adobe Audition or Audacity - Skills that can be an added advantage: Smoke / Flame, Final Cut Pro (FCP 7), Davinci Resolve, Camtasia If you have any additional details about the company or any specific requirements, please provide them for a more tailored job description.,
