Video Production Manager

As a Video Production Manager at Dista Solutions in Kochi, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing the end-to-end video production process. Your strong leadership, technical expertise, and passion for creating compelling digital content will be key in driving engagement and marketing success. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, coordinate, and manage video production projects from concept to final delivery. - Work closely with marketing, content, and design teams to develop engaging video strategies. - Supervise scriptwriting, storyboarding, shooting, editing, and post-production processes. - Ensure all video content aligns with the brands message and digital marketing goals. - Oversee camera work, lighting, and sound setup to maintain high production quality. - Manage budgets, schedules, and resources for multiple video projects. - Collaborate with animators, editors, and creative professionals to enhance video content. - Stay updated with the latest video trends, tools, and technologies to optimize production efficiency. - Ensure adherence to deadlines, creative guidelines, and project objectives. - Handle vendor negotiations and outsourcing when necessary. Qualifications Required: - 1 year of experience in video production, filmmaking, or media production. - Strong expertise in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, etc.). - Experience in scriptwriting, storyboarding, and directing video shoots. - Knowledge of camera equipment, lighting, and audio setups. - Excellent project management and team leadership skills. - Ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines. - Strong understanding of social media video trends and digital marketing strategies. - Experience in motion graphics and animation is a plus.
