Video Production Intern – Pragyanam School (Paid Internship)Location: Emerald Hills, GurugramType: Full-Time | On-site | 8 hours/dayCompany DescriptionPragyanam School, founded by the IIT-IIM alumni behind Footprints Childcare, is a CBSE school where children grow in both academic excellence and life skills such as confidence, creativity, and problem-solving.Our campus is vibrant, story-rich, and full of opportunities for creative storytelling — and we are looking for someone who can capture that through impactful videos.⸻Role DescriptionWe are hiring a Video Production Intern who can shoot, edit, and publish engaging videos and social media content that capture life at Pragyanam.This is a paid, on-site internship, requiring an 8-hour commitment daily from our Gurugram campus.Key Responsibilities:• Shoot classroom stories, events, and behind-the-scenes footage• Edit reels, YouTube shorts, and long-form videos using both traditional and AI-based tools• Assist in production planning and scheduling• Ensure quality and brand consistency across all video content• Coordinate with teachers, the marketing team, and creative leads for smooth project execution⸻Preferred Tools and PlatformsKnowledge or willingness to learn:• Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut• Veed.io, Descript, Pika Labs, Runway ML, HeyGen, or other AI video editing and automation tools• Canva, CapCut Web, InVideo, Lumen5 for quick social media edits⸻Qualifications and Skills• Basic understanding of video production, lighting, and editing workflow• Creative eye for framing, storytelling, and short-form content trends• Strong communication and teamwork skills• Interest in education, storytelling, and digital content creation• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Film, Media, Communication, or related fields⸻What You Will Gain• Hands-on experience in a creative, education-driven environment• Mentorship from experienced professionals• Opportunity to build a strong, meaningful video portfolio• A fun, collaborative work culture and paid internship experience
