Key Responsibilities

Manage and monitor video ad campaigns across GAM, Aniview, Publica, and other platforms.
Set up and troubleshoot header bidding integrations with SSPs and demand partners.
Implement and validate OpenRTB and schain configurations to ensure transparency and revenue optimization.
Collaborate with sales, account management, and development teams to fulfill client objectives and technical requirements.
Analyze performance metrics and provide actionable insights for campaign optimization.
Maintain documentation and QA processes for ad operations and technical workflows.
Stay up-to-date on programmatic trends, ad tech standards, and privacy regulations.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in ad operations
, preferably in video and programmatic environments.
Proficiency in
Google Ad Manager
,
Aniview
,
Publica
, and working with multiple
SSPs
.
Solid understanding of
OpenRTB
,
header bidding
, and
schain
structures.
Strong analytical skills and ability to derive insights from data (Excel, Google Sheets, dashboards).
Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
Experience with tools like Postman, Charles Proxy, or browser dev tools for ad tag/debugging is a plus.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
