Job Description

As an Infoscion, your primary role will involve leading the engagement effort to provide high-quality consulting solutions to customers in various stages of problem-solving. This includes from problem definition to diagnosis, solution design, development, and deployment. You will review proposals, provide guidance, analyze solutions, and identify potential risks and issues for client business problems. Additionally, you will identify change management requirements and propose structured approaches for managing change using multiple communication mechanisms. Coaching, creating a vision for the team, providing subject matter training, and motivating team members will also be part of your responsibilities. You will contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives to deliver high-quality consulting solutions to customers while adhering to organizational guidelines and processes.
